Whatever the time of year, it is always warming to arrive at a house where the owners have taken the trouble to put a welcome sign out. Welcome mats are one option, but then the person arriving just wipes there feet all over it, so mats are perhaps not such a good idea as the more decorative welcome signs.

It does not have to be large; in fact a modest or small sized sign can attract the eye just as well, and may cause visitors to pause to look at and admire it, thus having more time to get your welcome message across.
